Emergency Dispatch
We stop the water first and diagnose the long-term fix second.
Urbana, MD storms don't wait for business hours, and neither do we — emergency dispatch is staffed around the clock specifically because sump failures and burst pipes have no respect for a normal schedule.

We carry submersible pumps, air movers, and moisture-mapping tools on every emergency-equipped truck.
Emergency dispatch doesn't mean unpredictable pricing — we quote extraction and mitigation work in writing before starting.
Moisture meters let us confirm the water hasn't spread further than what's visible before we finish the visit.

Submersible pumps remove standing water fast, whether it's from a failed sump pump, burst pipe, or storm-driven flooding.
If a specialty pump is needed, we set up temporary pumping to control the situation until the right unit arrives.
This buys time without leaving the situation to worsen while a permanent fix is planned.
Mitigation documentation is provided for any insurance claim you may need to file.
